Day 1 of couch to 5k

I have just completed Week 1, Day 1. I can't believe I actually made it through the whole 30 minutes. The iPhone app was fantastic for keeping on track whilst running and I will definately be tracking my progress on it.

I have started the programme to take part in the Race for Life in June 2012 and to lose weight. I am 19st and thought I would never be able to run.
